- Voucher is not exchangeable for cash and is non-refundable.
- No reissue or reimbursement for any lost or void voucher.

- Ipoh Town will not be liable to you for any loss and/or damages of any kind suffered in connection with:
a. redemption and/or use of the Voucher; and
b. failure to use the Voucher due to it being lost, stolen, expiring or otherwise being void as a result of you giving incorrect contact information.
- Orders that exceeds the Voucher value, the difference shall be paid by the Voucher holder
