Thank you for the catering last night. Food was great and everyone was impressed with the quality. I was worried that the fish and prawns might be cold and overcooked but they were perfectly cooked. I heated the fish sauce and the fish was perfect. My husband, who doesn’t really like fish, ate a lot of it. Thank you for the well done catering.
